In a reasonably short time, we can design and manufacture a new product following your ideas, your sketches, your drawings (and our experience). We are speacking of a new product, that normally must be very cheap, not obtainable by modifying an existing standard switch (if so, simply fill the form to customize standards): now engineering, layouting, tooling, testing are massively required and costs are high. The project is significant for big productions, say at last 3,000 pcs per month for some years. Planning: -first the customer supply all relevant materials to evaluate the item and by phone, fax and meetings, all things will be defined. -then we send to the customer an offer including the unit prince of the device and the charge for tooling cost. -then we communicate the expectancy of delivery dates: the first level prototype, the second level prototype, the definitive sample, the beginning of the production. The payment of the charge for tooling costs is required when the definitive sample is approved by the customer. A production program covering 4 month at last, is necessary. You can trust: during 30 years we made many special switches. Customers were satisfied and the business was (and still is) good. |
